Raman Sharma is the founder of Wize Management and is a London based Property developer and Project manager with over 17 years of delivery experience across mixed-use, commercial, and residential development in London.

Raman began his property journey at age 19 and career as a graduate project manager, working on the Wembley park regeneration masterplan while at the same time undertaking his own property refurbishment projects.

Raman has undertaken and delivered his own development projects, including commercial to residential conversion under Permitted development rights (Class G and Class MA) and multiple flat conversions and refurbishments across Greater London, taking the projects from acquisition and feasibility through planning, construction, and exit.

He has also acquired over 17 years’ in Project management and delivery experience with top tier firms including Real PM, EC Harris (now Arcadis), Stace, on some of London's most complex and high-profile schemes, including the £100m Borough Yards regeneration in SE1 (MIPIM Best Urban Project in Europe 2022) and the deconstruction of St Helen's Tower in the City of London, one of the most technically complex demolition projects underway in the UK.​​
