Borough Yards, London - PM / EA Mixed-use 200,000 sqft Landmark redevelopment of several railway arches adjacent to Borough Market, London. Pre & Post Contract - JCT Design & Build Construction Value £90m

The scheme comprised of full demolition of the former Vinopolis site, including full strip out and retention of the historic arches under the railway viaduct. The scheme will see the preservation of the existing historic Victorian facades. The project, includes circa 160,000 sq/ft of retail, 22,000 sq/ft leisure and 49,000 sq/ft of offices.

 

High End Apartments, West End, London - PM / EA Redevelopment of Offices to High End Apartments - Pre & Post Contract - Design & Build Project Value £5m  


Offices / Factory Refurbishment, Richmond - Pre - Contract PM - Traditional procurement with PCSA period and extensive VE exercise - £6m

Totteridge, London - Pre and Post contract - Project and Construction management of 20+ trade packages, including a number of artisans, complex mixed use development - Project value £2.5m 

 

Mixed Use, Ealing - Asst Employer’s agent on new build mixed use leisure complex with listed building elements - including 2 swimming pools, library, dance studios, multi-purpose rooms and a gym. 9,000 sq ft, contract value £20m.
